TNT Priority Priority Express services and delivery times
You can book international urgent deliveries with TNT, both for palletised and non-palletised parcels. TNT urgent delivery costs depend on the speed of the delivery.
- Priority Priority Express service: There are different delivery time slots for the TNT Priority Priority Express services, and the maximum weight allowed is different for each slot. For 9 am and 10 am deliveries the maximum weight is 30kg. For 12 am deliveries the maximum weight is 70kg for non-palletised and 500kg for palletised cargo.
- Economy Express: For this type of TNT urgent package the maximum weight is 70kg for non-palletised parcels.
- Intercontinental Express: For 9 am and 10 am deliveries the maximum weight is 30kg. For 12 am deliveries the maximum weight is 70kg for non-palletised and 500kg for palletised cargo.
- Intercontinental Economy Express: International urgent deliveries with TNT. The maximum weight allowed is 70kg for shipping non-palletised cargo and 1000kg for shipping a pallet with TNT.

Domestic and International courier prices with TNT
The TNT costs depend on three factors: the size and weight of your parcel, the destination and the type of TNT courier service you choose. We have prepared a table with the general prices for shipping with TNT in Europe:

The TNT shipping times are 1-3 working days for all express international deliveries, as well as for domestic deliveries over 10kg. Express Economy services take between 2-5 working days to be delivered.

TNT offers transport and logistics services for shipping cargo internationally, including FTL and LTL shipping and other road and multimodal transport solutions. Businesses and individual clients can register with TNT and book their TNT cargo transport services to import or export their goods. TNT custom clearance
The company offers a customs brokerage service as a complement to the TNT freight transport services and the international deliveries with TNT. TNT tracking number and parcel tracking. How does it work?
When you book a TNT courier service you will receive a TNT tracking number. You can use this number to track and trace your parcel. Simply introduce the number on the tracking tool in the TNT webpage and you will get your tracking status.
What do I do after a TNT missed delivery? Can I arrange a TNT redelivery?
If there has been a TNT missed delivery the courier driver will leave a “missed you” note at the delivery address. You can arrange a re-delivery or collect your parcel from a TNT pickup location. If you have scheduled your delivery through our platform, you can simply send us a message and we will organise everything on your behalf.
Can I ship from a remote location with TNT? Does TNT ship on the weekend?
TNT offers a series of extra services, including pick up from a remote location or weekend deliveries. These TNT courier services can be added at an extra cost:
- Late collection: choose a later time in the day for your parcel to be collected.
- Saturday collection/delivery: TNT parcel deliveries on the weekend for an extra fee.
- Remote area service: if you book a TNT courier service to or from an area the company considers “remote” you will have to pay extra.
Where can I find a TNT pickup location or local depot?
To find the TNT pickup point closest to you, you will have to introduce your postcode on the searching tool or their webpage. You will be asked to present the note and proof of ID to be able to collect your parcel from a TNT local depot.
Is insurance included with TNT?
When shipping with TNT parcels are covered by basic insurance based on the weight of the parcel and not the value of its contents. You can add TNT shipping insurance during the booking process.

Currently, there are no TNT parcel lockers. However, the company collaborates with other couriers in countries like the Netherlands and Australia, where TNT parcel deliveries can be made to a parcel locker when another company is the final carrier.

Is there a TNT maximum parcel weight for standard shipping?
The TNT maximum parcel weight depends on the service you choose. Some services do not have a maximum parcel weight, but volumetric weight. Each company calculates volumetric weight based on a constant, and will charge for the highest weight between real and volumetric weight. The usual formulas to calculate volumetric weight are:
