Can I reroute my care package to a different port, and if so, how much does it cost?
Yes, if you need to change the address or date when sending care packages to crew members, this is possible. If you have selected the Flexible changes option during the booking process, you can change the delivery address and date free of charge, anytime up until the time of pick-up. If you have not selected this option when booking with Eurosender, you can add this at a later stage for an additional fee.

What to do if the delivery to port failed?
If you receive a notification or email saying that the courier attempted delivery but that it was unsuccessful, there are a few things you can do:
- If you know that the ship had a few hours of delay or the courier attempted delivery outside the office hours, they can organize a new delivery the next day.
- You can contact the courier and ask if it’s possible to the change delivery address. Be aware that some delay might occur, and charges can be made.

Is insurance included when shipping to a crew member?
All standard shipments booked with Eurosender are covered by
basic insurance, included in the price. Additional insurance is available to purchase at low prices.
