Do I need to print the label and attach it to the pallet?
Depending on the selected transport company, you may have to print the label and attach it to the shipment. For most shipments, the driver will give you proof of collection, and your shipment will receive an AWB label at the first collection terminal. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an emal with the instructions and the label if you have to print it.
How to pack a pallet?
When booking a pallet delivery, always make sure that you prepare the load accordingly for transport. Follow our guidelines on how to stack and prepare a pallet for shipping.
The pallet should be appropriately packaged and ready for collection in front of the main entrance to the building at the pick-up address on the scheduled day.
Should the pallet be stackable?
When booking an instant pallet delivery, the pallet should always be stackable, meaning that it should have a completely flat top, enabling another pallet to be placed on top of it to maximize space use during transport.
You can send both stackable or non-stackable pallets when booking services through Eurosender: if you require shipping services for non-stackable pallets, we suggest you to ask for an individual request or book a van service instead.
